We believe with the right guidance every student can reach new horizons
At New Horizon Education, we prioritize flexibility and value your commitment to our tutoring services. While we do not impose contracts or require prepayments, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines to support our tutors and maintain the quality of our sessions:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as sudden illness or emergencies. In such cases, please contact your tutor immediately. While they reserve the right to charge for the session, they may often be willing to reschedule.
If you plan to be away for an extended period, kindly inform us and your tutor at least 2 weeks in advance via email to admin@newhorizoneducation.com.au. This allows us to arrange for an alternate student or tutor during your absence.
Similarly, if your tutor will be unavailable for more than 2 weeks, they will notify us, and we will arrange a substitute tutor for your child.
Ending Tuition: If you decide to discontinue tutoring services, please notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your intended final session via email to admin@newhorizoneducation.com.au. We will communicate this information to your tutor accordingly.
These guidelines are designed to support our tutors by minimizing last-minute cancellations and ensuring effective session planning. Your tutor invests time and effort in preparation to maximize the educational value for your child, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
